By accessing and using OCR Platform ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on OCR Platform for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• •Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on OCR Platform
• •Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

The materials on OCR Platform are provided on an 'as is' basis. OCR Platform makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

4. Limitations

In no event shall OCR Platform or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on OCR Platform, even if OCR Platform or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

5. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on OCR Platform could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. OCR Platform does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. OCR Platform may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.

6. Materials and Content

OCR Platform has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by OCR Platform of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

OCR Platform may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

9. Data Privacy

All uploaded images are processed temporarily and automatically deleted after extraction is complete or fails. We do not retain, store, or sell any personal data extracted from documents. Your privacy is our priority.

10. Service Limitations

• •Free Starter plan includes 10 MRZ and 10 KTP scans per day
• •Professional plan includes unlimited scans
• •Enterprise plan includes custom limits and SLA guarantees
• •All plans subject to fair use policy

11. Payment Terms

• •MRZ Scanner: Fixed pricing of Rp 100,000 (or USD equivalent $6) per month for Professional plan
• •KTP Scanner: Rp 100,000 (or USD equivalent $6) per extraction in Professional plan
• •Enterprise plans have custom pricing based on volume and requirements
• •30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions

12. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• •Use the Service to process documents without legal authorization
• •Attempt to bypass rate limits or security measures
• •Use automated tools to abuse the Service
• •Process documents for illegal purposes or data theft
• •Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our AI models

13. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, software, code, algorithms, and technology used in OCR Platform, including but not limited to the AI/ML models, extraction algorithms, and user interface, are owned by or licensed to OCR Platform and are protected by international copyright, patent, and intellectual property laws.

• •You may not reproduce, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service
• •You may not attempt to extract, clone, or reuse our AI/ML models
• •Any modifications or derivative works remain the exclusive property of OCR Platform
• •Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action

14. Warranty Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. OCR Platform MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

• •Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• •That the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• •That extraction results will be 100% accurate or suitable for all use cases
• •That defects will be corrected or that the Service will meet all requirements

Users are responsible for independently verifying extraction results and should not rely solely on OCR Platform output for critical decision-making.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OCR Platform and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and successors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• •Your use of the Service in violation of these Terms
• •Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• •Your infringement of any third-party rights
• •Content you upload or process through the Service

16. Liability Cap

IN NO EVENT SHALL OCR Platform'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO OCR Platform IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR USD $100, WHICHEVER IS LESS.

This limitation applies to all causes of action, including but not limited to contract, tort, strict liability, and breach of warranty.

17. Data Processing & GDPR Compliance

Data Handling: All uploaded documents are processed temporarily in memory and automatically deleted within 24 hours or immediately after extraction failure. We do not retain, store, archive, or sell any personal data extracted from documents.

GDPR & Privacy Laws: You are responsible for ensuring compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy laws when processing personal data through OCR Platform. OCR Platform acts as a data processor under your instruction. You must have lawful basis and consent from data subjects before processing their information.

User Responsibility: You assume full responsibility for any personal data processed through the Service. OCR Platform is not liable for unauthorized data processing or privacy violations resulting from your misuse.

18. Account Termination

OCR Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if you:

• •Violate any provision of these Terms
• •Engage in fraudulent, illegal, or malicious activity
• •Attempt to abuse, hack, or exploit the Service
• •Fail to pay outstanding fees

Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. OCR Platform is not liable for any consequences of account termination.

19. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall OCR Platform be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if OCR Platform has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, business interruption, or reputational harm, regardless of the form of action or basis of the claim.
